Panasonic VIERA TC-P50GT30 50-Inch 1080p 3D Plasma HDTV
I’ve been holding pass writing a review of this television, waiting and hoping that Panasonic would address the fluctuating brightness issue…they have and the results are superb: fluctuating brightness is a thing of the past. I bought the set back in May knowing it could get the issue…mine turned TC-P50GT30 away to be a mild case, one that seldom reared its head, just even a nit to pick on my brand young set.
I read completely near the troubles on high def junkies, a forum devoted to domicile theatre enthusiast. I watched the level develop over the months as Panasonic learned it had a trouble to sort out and created a result that worked. (The ribbon is good reading, and thank divinity a Panasonic engineer is an active member, otherwise this may not have been fixed equally apace or eve at all.)
In my case, (There are two different solutions.) a third party tech. swapped the A-board on my set. Took virtually ten minutes totally told. I was organised for a ahead and afterwards comparison…I received a view from a Battlestar Galactica episode cued up because it illustrated the fluctuations. With the new A-board, the fluctuations vanished. I received the cook done early finally week and get scoured movies known to get FB’s and get felt absolutely none. Good occupation Panasonic. (I understand the ready is instantly incorporated at the mill on newer build dates…mine received an April build date. If you get7 an older model, but vociferation the Concierge service and they’ll accept attention of you.)
As for the set, I’m altogether pleased. It has a killer flick quality, cryptic disconsolate blacks, fantabulous fine detail, lag free gaming, nice motility handling, decently online apps with an included tuner dongle and a superior make quality to top it off…absolutely foremost rate.
